Who We Are
Chantelle Ingram | Therapy & Coaching offers a calm, reflective space for thoughtful inner work. This practice is oriented toward understanding rather than urgency—supporting clarity, emotional depth, and meaningful change that unfolds over time. The work is relational, insight‑oriented, and intentionally paced, creating space to understand identity, clarify purpose, and explore the experiences and patterns that shape how you understand yourself and your life
How I work
My approach is relational, insight‑oriented, and grounded in the belief that inner struggles are meaningful and deserving of careful attention. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction or quick solutions, the work centers on understanding emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and internal experiences that influence how you live, relate, and make sense of yourself.
I bring a steady, grounded presence to the work, creating space for reflection, emotional attunement, and collaborative exploration. My clinical approach draws from attachment‑based, emotionally focused, psychodynamic, narrative, and schema‑informed frameworks. Skills‑based strategies are integrated thoughtfully when they support regulation and day‑to‑day functioning.
