  • This practice requires consistency. We begin with weekly sessions for 6–8 weeks, after which we will evaluate progress and determine next steps, including the option to move to biweekly sessions if clinically appropriate.

    I currently offer weekly and biweekly sessions only. If you are unable to commit to a consistent schedule, this may not be the right fit at this time.

  • We are currently considered out-of-network for all insurance except Aetna. We do not contract directly with any other insurance. We made this decision to give clients autonomy in their treatment. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn the details of their process for submitting claims for reimbursement. Insurance companies limit what clinical approaches and how long it should take for a client to complete treatment.

    A superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.

  • Psychotherapy

    The standard fee for psychotherapy is $150 for a 55-minute session. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on individual needs and goals. .

    Coaching

    Coaching sessions are $150 for a 55-minute session.

    Coaching is a non-clinical service designed for individuals seeking clarity and discernment around life transitions, professional decisions, leadership challenges, or questions of personal alignment and direction.

  • Sessions are primarily offered virtually, allowing for flexibility and ease. For those who feel drawn to a more grounded, in-person experience, walk and talk sessions are also available and take place outdoors in a calm, natural setting.

  • As the time is reserved specifically for you and unavailable to anyone else, we require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation, or the full session fee is due. We understand that plan changes may arise and encourage you to talk with your provider.

  • After our initial consultation, the first session gives us the opportunity to begin working more deeply with what has already been shared. We will explore your experiences, begin to understand patterns, and gently move toward what feels most important to you. This time is also for you to continue getting a feel for the space and how we will work together.
