‍Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a clinically grounded process for adults seeking depth-oriented support for emotional distress, relational patterns, mood concerns, and questions related to identity and self-understanding.

This work is relational and insight-focused, with attention to emotional experience, personal history, and the ways patterns develop and repeat over time. Sessions are intentionally paced, allowing for meaningful understanding and change that feels integrated rather than forced.

Psychotherapy services are available to individuals who are physically located in Georgia at the time of the session, in accordance with state licensure laws.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy offers the opportunity to engage in therapy while walking in a calm, outdoor setting. This approach can feel more natural and grounding, allowing space for reflection, movement, and emotional processing in a different way than traditional in-office sessions.

This option may be especially supportive for individuals who feel more at ease in open environments or who find that movement helps with clarity and emotional expression.

Walk & Talk sessions are available in select outdoor locations and are offered as an alternative to in-office care when clinically appropriate.

‍Coaching

Coaching is a non-clinical, insight-oriented space for individuals seeking clarity, alignment, and intentional direction in their lives.

This work is well-suited for those navigating life transitions, exploring identity outside of a clinical context, making complex decisions, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves in relation to their roles, relationships, and future direction.

Rather than focusing on symptom reduction, coaching centers on perspective, discernment, and forward movement. Our work may include exploring internal patterns, strengthening self-trust, clarifying values, and developing a more aligned way of moving through life.

Coaching services may be offered to individuals located outside of Georgia.

What’s Offered

Service Distinction

Psychotherapy and coaching are distinct services. Psychotherapy is clinical in nature and supports emotional and relational healing. Coaching is non-clinical and focused on personal growth, clarity, and direction.

Who This is For

For the ones who seem fine but feel anything but.

You’re thoughtful, capable, and used to showing up for your life.

You manage responsibilities, relationships, and expectations often without anyone fully seeing what it takes.

But internally, you may feel:

  • overwhelmed in ways you can’t always explain

  • disconnected from yourself or your needs

  • stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned

  • tired of carrying so much, quietly

You don’t need more pressure to “fix it.”

You need space to understand it.

This practice is best suited for individuals who are not in acute crisis and who are seeking depth‑oriented, reflective work. Clients benefit most when they have the capacity for insight, curiosity about their inner world, and a desire to better understand identity, purpose, and long‑standing patterns.

Getting You the Right Support

To ensure you receive the level of care and support you deserve, there are certain situations that are better served in higher levels of care or specialized settings.

At this time, my practice may not be the best fit if you are currently experiencing:

  • Active suicidal thoughts with intent or recent suicide attempts

  • Active self-harm behaviors requiring higher levels of support

  • Psychosis, including hallucinations (e.g., hearing or seeing things others do not) or significant loss of reality testing

  • Acute mental health crises that require immediate or intensive intervention

  • Conditions that would benefit from a higher level of care (such as IOP, PHP, or inpatient treatment)

  • Court-mandated treatment or documentation requests related to legal proceedings

  • Substance use disorders

In these cases, I strongly recommend connecting with providers or programs that offer more intensive or specialized care. If you’re unsure what level of care is appropriate, I’m happy to help guide you toward the right resources.
